Barcodes do not scan via the app 😢 I have to manually name search everyone on entry. I have uninstalled and re installed the app and it still doesn't work. I am using a Samsung A71. It works on my other scanner iPhone. I will road test on another Samsung and see if it is the same issue. But for now it's a 1 star as I can't use it the way I need to.
I am a promoter but can't tag our event on my android phone so can't create ticket sales on the door. Very frustrating!!
Doesn't work. I've tried logging in multiple times and it doesn't recognise my log in details. This includes resetting my password more than once.
Ignore the bad reviews as they are ticket buyers using the wrong app. This app makes the box office a doddle and has worked perfectly for our festival two years running, even in a remote field with rubbish signal!
Pointless app. Cant log in with correct credentials
I've just downloaded the app and it won't let me sign in. It's saying my password is incorrect. It's not! I can sign in on my laptop with the password.
As everyone else as said (It will Not Let me in my Account -says> (Opps something went wrong Go to the email and try again)
Bit annoying that you need to log back in every time you want to access the app. Time consuming.

Load of rubbish! Won't let me log in and no options. Very disappointed!
